Dentist Advantage Guarantee
The Advance Guarantee
The following statement defines the “Advance” Program guarantee:
During any six consecutive calendar months combined we will generate for our Premium Members a minimum of 51-60 New Patient Appointment Leads (Pre-Appointment Questions and provided Reports with locally registered patients are to be considered as New Patient Appointment Leads) per city contracted, or twice the number of patients needed to recover the cost of marketing, whichever is less.
During any six consecutive calendar months combined we will generate for our Standard Members a minimum of 41-50 New Patient Appointment Requests (Pre-Appointment Questions and provided Reports with locally registered patients are to be considered as New Patient Appointment Leads) per city contracted, or twice the number of patients needed to recover the cost of marketing, whichever is less.
All payment terms must be met by client or this will void the guarantee. Please refer to the service agreement for payment terms.
If after six months Dentist Advantage Marketing Campaign does not deliver the minimum number of New Patient Appointment Requests (Pre-Appointment Questions and provided Reports with locally registered patients are to be considered as New Patient Appointment Leads), per city contracted, needed to recover twice the amount of marketing investment (see our chart), we will continue your campaign absolutely FREE until it does, for up to additional six months!
The Pro #1, #2 and #3 Guarantee
The following statement defines the PRO #1, #2, and #3 guarantee:
During any six consecutive calendar months combined we will generate for our Premium Members a minimum of 41-50 New Patient Appointment Requests (Pre-Appointment Questions and provided Reports with locally registered patients are to be considered as New Patient Appointment Leads) per city contracted, or twice the number of patients needed to recover the cost of marketing, whichever is less.

The Campaign #1, #2, and #3 Guarantee
The following statement defines the Campaigns #1, #2, and #3 guarantee:
During any six consecutive calendar months combined we will generate for our Premium Members a minimum of 35-40 New Patient Appointment Requests (Pre-Appointment Questions and provided Reports with locally registered patients are to be considered as New Patient Appointment Leads) per city contracted, or twice the number of patients needed to recover the cost of marketing, whichever is less.
During any six consecutive calendar months combined we will generate for our Standard Members a minimum of 30-34 New Patient Appointment Requests (Pre-Appointment Questions and provided Reports with locally registered patients are to be considered as New Patient Appointment Leads) per city contracted, or twice the number of patients needed to recover the cost of marketing, whichever is less.

The Find Local Patients Guarantee
The following statement defines the “Find Local Patients” Program (“FLP”) guarantee:
During any six consecutive calendar months combined we will generate for our Premium Members a minimum of 11 - 15 New Patient Appointment Requests (Pre-Appointment Questions and provided Reports with locally registered patients are to be considered as New Patient Appointment Leads) per city contracted, or twice the number of patients needed to recover the cost of marketing, whichever is less.
During any six consecutive calendar months combined we will generate for our Standard Members a minimum of 8-10 New Patient Appointment Requests (Pre-Appointment Questions and provided Reports with locally registered patients are to be considered as New Patient Appointment Leads) per city contracted, or twice the number of patients needed to recover the cost of marketing, whichever is less.
