Upon accessing the site DentistAdvantage.net and its content, as a guest or as a registered user, you, (hereafter referred to as "users") agree with all the terms and conditions set forth herein. DentistAdvantage.net reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Dental professionals may opt in or opt out from any above mentioned programs at any time. Furthermore, it is understood, that patient acceptance into any of the above mentioned programs will be a decision of a dental professional.
Dental listings, information, another site links should not be interpreted as an endorsement of that company’s service, information or product by DentistAdvantage.net. DentistAdvantage.net does not endorse any site or service. Its user solo responsibility to investigate and select site or service based on user’s own findings.
Dental professionals that are purchasing Premium Listings are protecting their marketing territory within a 5 mile radius. The 5-mile radius is measured by a “Straight Line Distance” or “as a crow flies”.
“The 5-Mile Radius” rule assures original dentist/member that Dentist Advantage will not accept another dental professional into a program with the same specialty and with the same program selections for as long as original dentist is an active member in a good standing.
Dentist Advantage reserves the right to change or modify any existing dental program. Furthermore, Dentist Advantage reserves the right to terminate any existing dental program whenever it may become necessary. All dentist-participants of such a program which is about to be changed or terminated will receive a 30-day notice of such termination.
Dentist Advantage reserves the right to terminate membership due to the poor performance of a dentist/member, including but not limited to, numerous patient complaints, poor payment history, failure to comply with Dentist Advantage terms and conditions. Memberships which are terminated due to a poor performance are not eligible for membership refunds.
DentistAdvantage.net will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. DentistAdvantage.net will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if there is negligence or DentistAdvantage.net or an authorized representative of DentistAdvantage.net has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you to the extent that applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. DentistAdvantage.net total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence), or otherwise) will not be greater than the amount you paid to access this site.
Dentist Advantage Inc. controls and operates this site from its headquarters in California, United States of America and all users agree that these terms of use and any legal action or proceeding relating to this site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without reference to its choice of law rules.
It is understood that in case of a legal action against Dentist Advantage Inc., we are free to choose the jurisdiction of our preference regardless of the location of the plaintiff.
All users are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction of the origin of the site access.
